Who we are
Precision Prep & Fulfilment is the trading name of JTMB Warehousing Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15688444). Our registered office is 63 St. Marys Way, Elmesthorpe, Leicester, England, LE9 7NH. Our warehouse and trading address, where any correspondence about your account should be sent, is Unit 4B Racemeadow Rd, Atherstone CV9 1JE.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. If you have questions about how we handle your information, see the Contact us section below.
Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, we ask for your full name, company name, email address, phone number, Discord username, monthly unit volume, and any message you choose to add. We don't use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any automated method to collect information about you at this time (see Cookies & analytics for our plans around this).
If you become a client, your name may also appear on the outside of parcels sent to us as part of the shipping process. The delivery address on those parcels is always our own warehouse address, never yours.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, quote and set up your account, communicate with you about your stock and shipments, and manage the day-to-day running of our service to you. We process this information on the basis that it's necessary to take steps toward, and perform, a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries from prospective clients.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are sent to a private, staff-only channel within our Discord server, which is where we manage client communication and hold client records for the duration of the working relationship. Discord Inc. acts as a data processor for us in this respect.
When we ship your stock onward, couriers (such as DPD) will see your name on the parcel label, but the delivery address used is always ours, not yours. We don't sell, rent, or otherwise trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not currently use cookies or any analytics or advertising tracking. We plan to introduce Google Analytics in future to help us understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location, and this data may be processed by Google outside the UK. When this is switched on, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but don't go on to become a client, we keep your enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up with you. Once you become a client, your information lives in a private Discord channel dedicated to your account for as long as you work with us. When a client relationship ends, that channel and the information in it are deleted, and the channel slot is reassigned to a new client.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to certain uses of it, and ask us to move it to another provider (data portability), where these rights apply. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to sort things out directly first.
Data security
We limit access to client information to staff who need it to do their jobs, and we rely on Discord's own access controls to keep client channels private. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at business owners and sellers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we introduce analytics or new features like a client portal. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do.
