We reuse your incoming boxes wherever we can, so the £2 rate only applies when we need to supply a new one. Bulky and bundled rates replace the standard per-unit rate for that item and aren't charged on top of it. All costs are added to your end-of-month invoice.
No minimum. Every account is billed at the same 45p per-unit rate plus a £25 monthly fee from day one — the discounted rates below are unlocked automatically as your volume grows.
Ship 1,500+ units in a month and your unit cost drops 5% on your following invoice. Ship 2,500+ and it drops 10%. The discount applies to unit cost only — your monthly fee, box, and DG charges are fixed either way.
