These terms govern the services provided by Precision Prep & Fulfilment ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide Amazon FBA preparation services including receiving, inspecting, labelling, poly-bagging, bundling, boxing, and dispatching stock to Amazon fulfilment centres on your behalf. Additional services such as dangerous goods handling and storage are available as outlined in our pricing.
All pricing is as displayed on our website or as agreed in writing. Prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Invoices are issued at the end of each calendar month and are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You are responsible for ensuring stock sent to us is accurately described, lawful to sell, and accompanied by correct documentation. We will inspect stock on arrival and notify you of any discrepancies, damage, or missing items. We are not liable for defects or damage present before stock arrives at our facility.
We aim to prep most stock within 24 hours of receiving, however turnaround times may vary during peak periods (such as Prime Day, Black Friday, or Q4). We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.
We maintain comprehensive warehouse and goods-in-transit insurance. Our liability for loss or damage to your stock while in our care is limited to the wholesale cost of the goods, up to a maximum of £5,000 per claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.
Your monthly management fee includes reasonable short-term storage. Stock held for more than 30 days beyond prep completion may incur additional storage charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate the arrangement with 14 days' written notice. Any outstanding invoices remain payable. Stock held at our facility must be collected or redirected within 14 days of termination, after which storage fees will apply.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation including UK GDPR.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Discord. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
